Symptoms
When attempting to do Inventory Cycle Count on RF, the following error occurs.
ERROR

'No such IBLPN'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to create new cycle counting in a reserve location for inventory conversion process.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud.
2. Navigation Path: RF (Radio Frequency) > Cycle Count.
3. Scan Location.
4. Scan LPN > new lpn to create inventory (non existing lpn).
5. Scan LPN details.
6. Repeat for all LPNs in location and end count which would then create a cycle count adjustment record for the location.
