Goal

How to restrict a GTM user to see only certain 'Service Preference' in the 'Service Preference' drop list on the Ad Hoc Restricted Party Screening for example?

When navigating to the ad hoc screening page in GTM, users must choose a Service Preference at the bottom of the page.  In general, the users who are entering information are either

1) just looking to do a quick screening and not paying attention to service preference, or,

2) not common GTM users and don't have any idea what service preference is.

Many times, the service preference is either left blank, or potentially the wrong one is chosen.  When left blank, the seeded AD_HOC_PARTY_SCREENING_SERV_PREF Service Preference is used, which is not ideal.  This is generally not the service preference being used for all other screening in GTM (like transactions that are integrated and screened).

Use Case and Business Need:

Many times the user performing ad hoc party screening is not paying attention to the Service Preference selection.  This leads to screening being performed that is not in line with the Service Preference that has been set up for transaction screening.
