ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the Absence Delegation rule is created for a single day, the delegation rule is not working
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Delegation rule should work for a single day rule
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager goes to Roles and Delegation > Approvals Delegated to Others > create a rule as GlobalAbsenceApproval category to be delegated to another user for a single day
2. The Delegation is not working as the Line Manager receives the approval Notification instead of the Delegated user
