ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cost accounting journals are not being transfered to Secondary Ledger

Customer define a Secondary Ledger with subledger conversion level to use for legal reporting purposes in Argentina (inflation adjustment).
They also complete the "Complete primary to secondary ledger mapping" task defining all cost accounting categories in orther to copy them to secondary ledger. Still, journals did not get copied.

On attach screenshots of setup made, issue and steps to reproduce. Customer identify this in the three environments (DEV1, TEST and PROD) and it is urgent we get help on how to transfer all those journals due to the fact that customer has to close 2019 year balances and adjust them (for this we need both ledgers to have the same balances).
although the screenshots mention one primary ledger (xxxx) and one secondary ledger (xxx) which corresponds to one BU(xxxx) this issue was detected for every BU (four in total).
