Unable To Sudo To Oracle/Root User in JCS VM (Doc ID 2645806.1)

Symptoms

After ssh to JCS VM via "opc" user, sudo to user "oracle" or "root" user fail with the following error

[opc@<JCS hostname> ~]$ sudo su - oracle
>>> /etc/sudoers: syntax error near line 125 <<<
sudo: parse error in /etc/sudoers near line 125
sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting
sudo: unable to initialize policy plugin
