Is there a way to move all the blocks/transactions on a ledger of a non Oracle blockchain application to the Oracle Blockchain Platform ledger?

For example, Oracle wants to sell Oracle Blockchain Platform (OBP) to a client that already has a blockchain application and the client wants to move all the data from their actual application to OBP.
