Symptoms
Users are not able to progress a Supply Order which has been created from a Back to Back (B2B) Buy order, errors are reported on the supply order lines:
Record can't be locked in table {0} with key {1}, another user has locked the record.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create B2B sales order and submit
2. PR and PO will be created
3. Cancel the sales order lines
4. Check the PO where only line was cancelled
5. Check in manage supply lines of supply orchestration where there are multiple errors
NOTE: The users have combined all the requisitions created from the Supply Orders into a single Purchase Order. There are multiple back to back lines being fulfilled by a single PO. All Sales Order Lines were cancelled, a single PO line was cancelled, whereas the expectation is that all the PO Lines should be cancelled.
