Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Core Product Functionality


ASN (inbound shipment) in locked in receiving status.  Users are not able to fully receive the shipment since its stuck.





STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive entire shipment, then notice it is locked.
