Symptoms

After 20A update, Scheduled Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transaction
File process is failing with following error-

ERROR:Two instances of the corporate card transaction upload and validation
process with the same parameters are in process. The application terminated
one instance. (EXM-630663)

Log file shows following error at the end

Card Programs match for 2 simultaneous requests, throw error

Manual credit card upload and validate process does not have the issue and should work fine

Changes

 Update to 20A
