On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Customer Data
When attempting to remove end-date from a customer site the following error occurs

The date range for a child record must be within the date range of its parent record. (HZ-120150)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query customer site
2. Remove end-date
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reactivate cutomer
