Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Profile Management

When attempting to access Talent Ratings,
the following error occurs.

Access Denied

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as user
2. In the “Me” menu, click on Quick Actions
3. Scroll and click on “Talent Ratings”
