Symptoms

After you migrated from OAC Classic (OAC-C) to OAC Oracle Manged (OAC-OM), you modified the Connection Pool with the new DSN against the ADWC sources instead of DBaas, but when you accessing/creating the Projects utilizing the RPD, getting error message: SOM-ORA-01031: Insufficient Privileges Accessing Subject Areas
This User is Service account with all the privileges for accessing all the Subject Areas.
Getting same error message in both DV Project and Classic Analysis
