Time" but no data found for Solicited Feedback in the same subject area.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see data for all feedback types.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Reports & Analytics
2. Workforce Performance – Feedback Notes by Recipient Real Time
3. no data found for Solicited Feedback
