Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is not able to find / run "Schedule Duplicate Resolution Requests" scheduled Process and "Run Request Dispatch Job" job

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to run "Schedule Duplicate Resolution Requests" scheduled Process and "Run Request Dispatch Job" job

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for "Run Request Dispatch Job" job
3. No result

1. Navigator > Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Press Schedule New Process
3. Search with Name equals "Schedule Duplicate Resolution Requests"
4. Job doesn't exist

BUSINESS IMPACT
