Goal
Submit button is not available when manager adds the Development goals to their direct reports Development Plan unlike when employee adds Development Goal to their Development Plan.
The Bypass approvals have been enabled for both the Development Goal and Performance Goals.
Since there is no submit button it gives the message that Approvals are in progress. Info is locked.
Even though the Development Goal gets added and is saved but it gives the message that You have not saved your changes. If you close this flow, then your changes will be lost. Do you want to continue?”
