Modified Value For Badge Number Cannot Be Empty Error When Completing Assignment (Doc ID 2648557.1)

Symptoms

When completing assignment on mobile with Incomplete status reason, the following error is encountered: "Modified value for Badge Number cannot be empty".

The Modified section was not filled out, they are all blank. In addition, Incomplete should have bypassed any of these validation rules.

The same error "Modified value for Badge Number cannot be empty" is encountered even for regular completion, not Incompleting an assignment.
