EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Latin American customer has selected standard formatting on regional preferences. The expectation is for the formatting from the UI to show up in Excel spreadsheet as the same, however it is showing up as very large numbers such as "1.234.567.899,00" instead of "1.234,57" (using periods as delineation and comma for decimal in both examples).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Planning Central
2. Open Demand Plan
3. Open Table 'Analyze Demand: Item and Organization, Monthly'
4. Click Export icon
5. Open with Excel
6. See that number formatting has changed
