When User Tries to Range All Items to One Location Then Timeout Occurs (Doc ID 2648746.1)

When attempting to range all items to a single location using Scheduled item maintenance the following error occurs:

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a item list adding all departments.
  2. Create a location link with 1 location.
  3. Navigate to schedule item maintenance -> Create a item-location link.
  4. Notice that this gets timed out and the application crashes.
