How to Change Label Name is Rating History Page (Doc ID 2648759.1)

Goal

We are using the customize label wrote in Using_Enhanced_Talent_Profiles_Jan2020.pdf to change the label of Competencies, now the result is that we can change the label name in Manage Talent Profile as expected.
But when clicking Competencies > View History > Rating History, even though we changed the same content using SectionId, we can't change the label name of Competencies.


How to change Label Name is Rating History Page?
