BU name not appearing in LOV at the payable invoice level

BU name should appearing in LOV at the payable invoice level
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign the AP roles to User
2. provide the data access to BU
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the invoice for the specific BU
