Error 504 when trying to Forward Performance Tasks (Doc ID 2649038.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to forward 500 or more performance tasks, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
A connection to the server has failed ( status 504)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Performance Documents
2. Select 500 employees
3. Update Performance Task >> Submit
4. Time out error
