  Troubleshooting Guide
 1. error message: There was existing cost scenario in unpublished status and that was blocking to published this cost scenario.
  2. error message:  The valuation unit is invalid.
  3. error message: The standard cost for this item does not exist
 4.error message: PublishProcessor/insert/unpublish stdItemCostsGL: ORA-01400 cannot insert null into ???
 5.error message: You cannot unpublish this scenario because its costs or rates have already been used in a transaction. (CST-2385642)".
