Submit button vanished from many pages
Submit button vanished from many pages.
When I try to bring it back from customization, it does not highlight the component while selecting structure.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Submit button should be available after Review

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
click on Edit >> correct >> Cancel to look for the button next to it:
