Inventory History Activity 84 (Load Status Change) Is Always Showing In Cancelled Status In Inventory History (Doc ID 2649255.1)

IHT-84 is always moving to cancelled status whenever generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to UI.
2. Go to "Inventory History" UI Screen.
3. Query for History Activity "84" (84 - Load Status Change).
4. Can see that the Status is showing "Cancelled" for all these Inventory History Activity 84 records.

Require to get the IHT-84 records in "Inventory History" in "Not Ready" Status so that if any Schedule Job is setup, it will pick the records.
