HTTP 500 error when importing users from an AD integration through IDBridge
Customer has recently upgraded our IDBridge instances to version 18.4.3 (from 18.4.2); when attempted to import users from our directory integrations, one of them failed, and the corresponding IDBridge logs showed the following (all timestamps UTC - 3:00):
2020-02-12 22:28:49,960 [41] ERROR IDBridge - Synchronization failed with unexpected error: lLA0I1i^b00000000;0:1 : POST request on https://idcs-****.identity.oraclecloud.com/admin/v1/BulkSourceEvents failed with error code 500..
{"schemas":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error"],"detail":"Duplicate key ResourceImpl{{sourceUid=53877934-8cf0-4ba1-b4b2-107663ddee49, "status":"500"}
2020-02-12 22:28:49,960 [41] ERROR IDBridge - Active Directory synchronization failed.
Note that only one domain failed — all other domains we have integrated into that IDCS instance work fine.
