Symptoms

Users were abruptly kicked-off from Argus Safety application while working actively in the system. Users encountered "AS-10001: Some Error has occurred. Please Contact your Administrator." as following -

 

This issue was reported for Argus Safety Application integrated with Oracle OAM 11.1.2.3, Webgate 11.1.2.3.0 as SSO.
