ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add same bank account to 2 customers

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Same bank account can be added.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a bank account to a customer
2. Try to add it to another customer
3. "A record with this combination of values already exists"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add same bank account to 2 customers
