Not able to setup X9-121-2017 ISO Codes In Manage Bank Statement Transaction Codes (Doc ID 2651161.1)

Goal

User is not able to create the transaction code.

Steps :

1. Navigate to Management Bank Statement Transaction Codes click on create icon
2. In Create Bank Statement Transaction Code page enter a new transaction code with below information :

  Transaction Code       116    
  Description             116
  Transaction Type       Check    
  Domain                 Account Management
  Family                 Account Balancing
  Sub Family             ACH Concentration
 
3.Click "Save and Close" the window.
4. Again Press Create Icon in the Manage Bank Statement Transaction Codes page
5. In Create Bank Statement Transaction Code page enter a new transaction code with below information :

  Transaction Code      118    
  Description            118
  Transaction Type      Check    
  Domain                Account Management
  Family                Account Balancing
  Sub Family          ACH Concentration
 
Error message shows up showing A transaction code with this combination of domain, family and subfamily already exists.
