OAC : Row Level Security Is Not Working in OAC after Migration from On-Premise OBIEE 11g (Doc ID 2651494.1)

Symptoms

Trying to implement Row Level Security(RLS) in OAC classic instance using RPD (repository) but it is not working. Using the same RPD it works fine in on-premise obiee 11g.

Steps followed -

1. Modify rpd to use initialize blocks and set data filters using identity manager.
2. Create application roles in analytics.
3. Update data in database table.

Changes

 The RPD was migrated from OBIEE 11g to OAC.
