New Import Not Updated Record Name For Custom Object (Doc ID 2651601.1)

Goal

Customer used the new Import mapped file worked successfully. However, the name (Record Name ) was not updated. OSC view shows the names were machine assigned instead of assigned what was mapped. Is this an issue?
