ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom Object fields are not visible for mapping in Import Management even after Generate Artifacts is run.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fields from Custom Object to be visible for mapping in Import Management.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Navigate to Import Management > Import Objects
2 Drill down on the Custom Object
3 Create Import Mapping
4 Target Attributes region is empty

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a mapping in Import Management for the Custom Object.
