Symptoms

In Smart View, if both the No Data/Missing and Zero suppression options are selected for rows, and a row contains both zeroes and missing labels, then the row is displayed; it is not suppressed.
 
If both the No Data/Missing and Zero suppression options are selected for columns, and a column contains both zeroes and Missing labels, then the column is suppressed; it is not displayed.
