Symptoms

User wants to update item from inactive to active item status.

ERROR

The Inventory Asset Value item attribute cannot be updated since on-hand quantity exists or inventory transactions have not been interfaced to Cost Management.

STEPS
-----------------------
PIM > manage items > search the item > update item status from 'inactive' to 'active'
