Goal

Question
------------
We are trying to cost roll-up but receiving some unknown errors for Phantom items. The phantom items have structure with Buy items under them. Sharing some supporting screenshots.
These errors are for Phantom Item
1) error:  items missing cost  definition
2) error:  assemblies not rolled up due to lower level error
3) error: The work definition is missing materials and resources
