Symptoms

While Bulk Planning the following error is observed:
Debug NetworkRouting NetworkRoutingMIPSolver: NetworkRoutingMIP.mipSolve() failed! No orders can be planned! [batch - 9]
Error Exception [081282] java.lang.NullPointerException
