The Work Order Start Date/ Time Changes Automatically to a Different Time Outside the Calendar Assigned to the Resource (Doc ID 2652591.1)

For a Work Order with start time at 2 pm, the system automatically updates the start time as next day 2 am

System should not change the user provided time

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Access task - Manage Work Orders and click + icon; Enter 'Item' and 'Quantity' and click 'Save and Edit'
2. Enter work order start time as 2:00 pm
3. Save the work order and verify the start date and time
