Fusion Compensation: TCS: Error "Failed To Load PDF Document" when trying to generate the Total Compensation Printable PDF Statement (Doc ID 2652938.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download the Total Compensation Statement,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The generated PDF document does not contain any data and shows the following message:

"Failed to load PDF Document".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation
2. Download the Total Compensation Statement
