Project Driven Manufacturing Organization ID Issue

Users are testing the project Driven Manufacturing process. When the project and task number are added to the work order, wan error message is received.

ERROR
-----------------------
Expenditure Organization <org ID> is not in the list of values.

The organization isn't classified as a project expenditure organization. (PJC-2220091)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Work Execution > Task list: Manage Work Orders
2. Click '+' icon to create a new work order.
3. Enter information as required.
4. Error received.
