Intermittent failure on AppGateway (Doc ID 2653178.1)

Symptoms

Application integrated to IDCS via appgateway not accessing, "501 Bad Gateway error"

Issue observed intermittently , when we restart App Gateway services and issue resolved..

This has occurred multiple times now and customer looking for a permanent fix.
