After a synchronization has been scheduled in Primavera Gateway, the scheduled synchronization runs as scheduled for a while then stops working.

  1. Open Primavera Gateway
  2. Click on the Synchronizations tab
  3. Click on the synchronization which is to be scheduled
  4. Click on the Actions menu and select Edit Schedule
  5. Setup a reoccuring schedule for the synchronization
  6. The synchronization should run on schedule as expected
  7. Edit the schedule and save the changes
  8. The sychronization no longer runs on schedule

This can be confirmed by running the following query against the Gateway database:
select recurring_flag from flowschedule where flowschedule_name = '<Synchronization Name>'
