Expenses Mobile Android Allows To Submit Expense Report With Required DFFs (Doc ID 2653933.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When Expenses Mobile App is used in iOS to submit Expense Report - it works correctly showing an Alert message that says the required DFF information are missing.

However, when using Expenses Mobile App in Android - system allows to submit with the Expense Report even when the required DFFs are blank.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Expenses Mobile application to show an Alert message stating that the required DFF fields are empty when attempting to submit the Expense Report using the Android app


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Mobile Expenses app on Android > Create Expense Report > Leave the required DFF fields empty > Submit
2. No error or alert is shown > Expense Report submitted without the required DFF fields in the Expense Report.
