Goal

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Profile Management

As described in Oracle documentation using the link(https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/talent/releases/19A/19A-talent-mgmt-wn.htm#F5929) , with the redesigned RUI in career development, when customer uses "Explore Roles", automatically see job profiles that suit you best based on Best Fit Compatibility. Customer is running the "Manage Best Fit Batch Process" in Full Mode, however, only see results for a few people. If customer run a manual Find Best Fit Job analysis, many job profiles will match, but they don't show up in Explore Roles.
