Last updated on OCTOBER 16, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

It has been created EE (Employee) rate as the parent rate and ER (Employer) rate as the child rate to meet business requirements.
EE rate display type is primary and ER rate display type is secondary.

In the ER rate definition we have selected calculation method as Multiplier of EE rate with multiplier as 2. And attached the EE rate in the parent rate filed.
However while doing enrollment its not working as expected.
We have entered 2% in EE rate and submitted the enrollment.
There is no value showing for ER rate where we expect to see 4%.
