Symptoms

 When accessing the orders tab in occ-agent the following error message pops-up:

Could not load countries
An internal error occurred while processing input request.

In the browser developer tools the following error message is noticed:

 

 

Changes

 Recently added new countries and/or modified the regions of a country via APIs.
