On Oracle Analytics Cloud 105.5,
While OAC is connected to On-premise database through Remote Gateway(RDG), following behavior is observed:
- OAC Instance gets Hung.
- No Dashboard open up and 504 Gateway Time-out error occurs at random times while accessing analytics.
- Slowness is observed while navigating through the Dashboards.
