Symptoms

Unable to close Work Order (WO) due to pending transactions - WIP completion generated no distributions

WO will not close due to pending transactions.
Item is inactive & Inventory Asset Value on PIM record shows as NO,
Unable to change due to open transactions.
WIP completion transactions created no distribution transactions.


Error
 

The work order close transaction could not be processed because there are unprocessed transactions on this work order.



Steps To Reproduce
 
1. Run Create Cost Accounting Distributions.
2. Review Cost Accounting Distribution.
3. User cannot find Transaction in Review Cost Accounting Distributions UI
