Symptoms
Other Compliance Status Showing ‘PASSED’ when it should display as ‘HOLD’ .
In addition, Compliance Rules with control category ‘OTHER’ are being triggered on transaction lines.
These holds have not been released (No Authorization text have been inputted).
However, TL_OTHER_SCREENING status says ‘TL_OTHER_SCREENING_PASSED’. This is a huge compliance risks because transactions that require customs documents are not being filed.
