Goal

It is not possible to review who created or last updated an Order Line. Many forms in Fusion applications show this information under the option View -> About This Record. The form that is used to enter and query order lines does not allow users to view this information.

Order Headers - this data can be reviewed from - Manage Orders
Fulfillment Lines - this data can be reviewed from - Manage Fulfillment Lines
Order Lines - the following SQL will show this information  and provides details on:

1. Order Headers
2. Order Lines
3. Fulfillment Lines
