Symptoms

When attempting to log into OPC, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The email address was found, but it is not associated with any active Oracle Primavera Cloud instances

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Error.
