Updating Participant Rate Table Rates via REST API does not support bulk update/mass update.

Is there a bulk API which processes updating multiple Rate Table Rates at once/in single API call?
Updating the rates in entire Participant Rate Table via webservices must be in one API Call and not multiple API calls.
